StayProofs helps authorized property owners and their guests document pre-stay and checkout property conditions.
Transactional email policy
StayProofs sends service messages only when an authorized property owner creates a stay using the guest’s contact details. Messages contain a secure, expiring link for pre-stay evidence approval, optional checkout evidence submission, or final inspection review.
StayProofs does not send marketing email, use purchased mailing lists, or share addresses for advertising. A guest may ignore an optional checkout request and can ask the property owner to correct or remove their contact details.
Delivery safeguards
Review links are single-purpose, time limited, and become inactive when the workflow is completed. Invalid links, bounces, complaints, and completed reviews are suppressed from further delivery. Sending volume is initially below 100 transactional messages per day.
Guest review service
This domain serves secure StayProofs inspection review forms. A valid invitation token is required to view stay or evidence details.
